From 1.03.2018 all letters and apllications adressed to the Department for Refugees Procedures [pol. Departament Postępowań Uchodźczych] including applications for the issue or replacement of residence card and the Geneva travel document should be sent by post to: Office for Foreigners, Department for Refugees Procedures, 33 Taborowa Str., 02-699 Warsaw, or left personally at the Registry Office (33 Taborowa Str., Warsaw – from Monday to Friday, 8:15-16:15).
It will no longer be possible to submit an application through the Reception counter.
After verification and preparation of the application, the foreigner will be called to leave his fingerprints and delete any formal application irregularities. A letter will be sent by post on the address specified in the application.
